Setting up your email is fast and easy, it is very important that your settings match. Below is a complete set of settings to use for each email configuration for our servers.

cPanel Servers

Get to your cPanel by typing in yourwebsitename.com/cpanel

For mail hosted on cPanel use the following settings called protocals:

To manually configure your mail client using the settings below:

Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)

Username: youremail@yourdomianname.com
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.yourdomianname.com

  • IMAP Port: 993
  • POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomianname.com

  • SMTP Port: 465
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.
Non-SSL Settings (NOT Recommended)
Username: youremail@yourdomianname.com
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.yourdomianname.com

  • IMAP Port: 143
  • POP3 Port: 110
Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomianname.com

  • SMTP Port: 587
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.
